THE SECRET LAB

Things I built,end to end.

Not a list of tools I have used. A blockchain live on Avalanche mainnet, games you can play in a browser, films that were finished, records that were released, and research that answered its own question — designed, built and shipped by one person.

Web +

4

Products people can open and use. Interfaces, tools, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps them up.

AI

7

Systems that decide, generate, or reason — built to be measured rather than demoed, including the experiments that said no.

Maestro — Full concept albums, written, produced and distributed.

Maestro

LIVE

Full concept albums, written, produced and distributed.

An AI-assisted album pipeline that goes from an idea to vinyl-ready masters and out to 150+ streaming platforms. Built for artists who want a finished record rather than a folder of stems.

  • 150+ platforms
  • concept to master
  • released catalogue

Pulse

PROTOTYPE

An AI runtime that keeps thinking between conversations.

  • 1.65 GH/s, blocks accepted

Darkside

RESEARCH

A proof-carrying compiler for a hard problem in number theory.

A private research lab for language models.

  • GPT + JEPA + semantic operators
  • multi-agent co-working

Market systems

RESEARCH

Trading research that is honest about not being a product.

  • paper-first by design
  • live trading gate locked
  • no performance promises

Web3

6

On-chain products where the chain earns its place: ownership, settlement and rules nobody can quietly edit — including me.

Galaxies — A space sim where what you earn is actually yours.

Galaxies

ON TESTNET

A space sim where what you earn is actually yours.

Fly, fight, mine and claim land in a persistent universe whose economy runs on chain — without ever showing the player a wallet. Land becomes sellable deeds, salvage becomes real tokens, and the blockchain stays invisible underneath the game.

  • invisible custodial chain — no wallet UX
  • land deeds as transferable assets
  • multi-server shard mesh

Leviathan — Avalanche-native compute that helps secure Bitcoin, however small.

Leviathan

LIVE

Avalanche-native compute that helps secure Bitcoin, however small.

The produce side of the Long Winter thesis. A 24-processor mesh, one tickAll (6.88M gas, measured). Every transistor on that mesh is for sale in LVN. Real SHA-256d on a chain-owned job is helping secure Bitcoin.

  • 24-node tickAll 6,884,841 gas
  • 65,376 transistors (24 × 2,724)
  • helps secure Bitcoin, however small

VEIL — A sovereign blockchain, live on Avalanche mainnet, built for autonomous agents.

VEIL

LIVE

A sovereign blockchain, live on Avalanche mainnet, built for autonomous agents.

Not a contract deployed on somebody else's chain — an entire Layer-1 with its own virtual machine, validators and rules, running on Avalanche mainnet with over a hundred thousand blocks behind it. It is private execution infrastructure for autonomous agents and the developers who build them, spanning market rails, agent runtime tooling, identity and reputation.

  • live on Avalanche mainnet
  • chain ID 22207
  • 100,000+ blocks
  • custom VM, 42 actions
  • own validator set

Prove you are over 18 without showing anyone your passport.

  • ZK-SNARK proofs
  • KYC / age / credentials
  • reveal nothing

RocketLauncher

PROTOTYPE

A token launchpad where round-trips raise the floor instead of draining it.

  • original curve design
  • fee-funded rewards
  • no fabricated projections

Creative

11

Games, films, music and a novel. Made end to end, not commissioned and assembled.

The Lost Annals — A 3D bookshelf holding a novel that did not exist before.

The Lost Annals

SHIPPED

A 3D bookshelf holding a novel that did not exist before.

An editorial shelf you can walk along and pull books from — with a complete 58,000-word novel written to fill the first slot, not a placeholder cover. Every volume has to pass an approval gate before it is allowed on the shelf.

  • 58,468 words, 20 chapters
  • three adversarial edit passes
  • publication gate enforced by test
The Rite — A summoning that builds itself as you scroll the page.

The Rite

LIVE

A summoning that builds itself as you scroll the page.

Eleven hand-written GLSL programs and one input — how far down the page you are. Embers, a binding circle and six thousand motes falling inward, closing around a real Earth built from today's satellite passes and lit from wherever the sun actually is. Scroll back up and it un-summons.

  • live on thesecretlab.app/rite
  • 11 hand-written GLSL programs
  • today's NASA mosaic, real subsolar point
  • scrubs in both directions

If you need something like one of these,it can be built for you.

Product, game, film, chain or the automation that answers your phone at seven in the evening — the work above was done end to end, and yours would be too.
